Cleaning and care
We prepare your house or apartment for new holiday guests, clean, make the beds and create a pleasant atmosphere so that your guests feel comfortable. If you wish, we can also take care of the check-in/check-out in Portuguese, English or German.
We can also take care of matters such as billing the spa tax upon request.
Maintenance/Repairs
We also undertake smaller maintenance jobs, whether in the house or in the garden, such as mowing the lawn or painting walls, and for larger jobs we also have a good network of local tradesmen. We are also happy to handle correspondence in Portuguese, English or German.

Do you want everything from a single source? Then we will take care of the entire process, from entering the booking portals to booking confirmation and the arrival and departure of the guests - all without you having to do anything. You will receive a regular invoice with the corresponding transfer of your income.
